How Laundry Pickup and Delivery Works

Sign up online and choose your pickup and delivery days and times.

Customize Your Order

Add any special instructions or service options to your order.

Step 3:

Set Out Your Laundry

Set your bagged laundry out on your scheduled pickup day - our driver will text you when they're on the way, and again once pickup is complete.

Step 4:

Clean Laundry Delivered

On your delivery day, we'll text you when your driver is returning your fresh, folded laundry.

Getting started is simple. Sign up online, pick your pickup and delivery dates and times, choose how often you want laundry picked up, and add any service options or special instructions. Once you submit your order, just bag up your dirty laundry and set it out on your scheduled pickup date. From there, go enjoy your free time - on your delivery date, your laundry comes back fresh and folded.

Pickup and Delivery Pricing That Scales to How Often You Need It

Recurring laundry pickup and delivery service is priced at $2.30 per pound, as-needed service at $2.50 per pound, and same-day service at $3.50 per pound. A 20-pound minimum applies to every order. Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Large, bulky items like comforters are picked up for a flat fee - the order minimum still applies. 

For rush order: Pick up 2 hours within order placement, delivery as soon as 4 – 6 hours after picking up.

Yes, you can suspend your pickup and delivery service any time and restart whenever you're ready.

We recommend laundry bags or trash bags that cinch closed, so everything stays contained for pickup.

We collect your credit or debit card information when you place your order, but your card isn't charged until your laundry is finished.
