Laundromat FAQ
Maze Laundry Express is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the last wash starting at 8:15 PM. Doors lock automatically at 9:00 PM.
Yes. Our self-service machines are coin-operated, and we have a bill breaker and change machines on-site, so you're never stuck without coins.
Yes. A friendly attendant is on-site from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM to help with machines or take care of drop-off orders. And the laundromat has a ring doorbell system that customers can press, and attendant/management can talk to the customers and address any concerns.
Yes. In addition to standard-size washers, we offer large-capacity machines up to 50 pounds, making it easy to wash bedding, comforters, and oversized loads in a single cycle.
Wash and Fold Questions
We sort every order into whites and colors, wash and dry it, then fold (or hang, at no extra charge) and wrap it for pickup.
We give our customers the options on what detergent they want. Our list of detergents includes: Tide, Gain, OxiClean, All Free & Clear detergent. Dryer sheets are also included free of charge. Downy softener can be added at $0.10/lbs.
No — we take special washing instructions on every order at no extra charge, and we spot treat stains upon request.
Drop off at 101 Maze Blvd Unit 4 Modesto, CA during wash and fold hours: 11:00 AM–03:00 PM daily. Or call-in advance prior to drop off.
You'll get a text alert as soon as your order is finished and ready for pickup.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, select how often you want service, and add any special instructions.
Use the Preferences and Special Instructions fields in the online scheduling portal to tell us anything you want handled a specific way.
For Vacaville, Dixon, Fairfield, and Rio Vista Area:
Pick up Saturday between 7 am and 12 noon, Delivery Sunday 7 am to 12 noon
Pick Up Monday Between 7 am and 12 noon, Delivery Tuesday 7 am to 12 noon
Pick up Wednesday between 7 am and 12 noon, Delivery Thursday
Pickup and delivery is offered Monday to Saturday in the Ripon, Salida, Modesto, Ceres, Keyes, Turlock area.

For rush order: Pick up 2 hours within order placement, delivery as soon as 4 – 6 hours after picking up
No. Just set your bagged laundry out at the scheduled time — you don't need to be home.
Yes, you can suspend your pickup and delivery service any time and restart whenever you're ready.
We recommend laundry bags or trash bags that cinch closed, so everything stays contained for pickup.
We collect your credit or debit card information when you place your order, but your card isn't charged until your laundry is finished.
Pricing FAQ
You pay at the store when you pick up your finished laundry.
The card on your account is charged once your laundry is finished and ready for delivery.

Yes — 17 pounds for in-store wash and fold, and 20 pounds for pickup and delivery.
